The real-life Styracosaurus was considerably smaller than its in-game counterpart, at around only 5.5 meters long and less than 2 meters tall at the hip. Some concept art for the game, including art used for the Saboteur nameplate, depict a Triceratops-like Dinosaur, suggesting that this ceratopsid was originally supposed to appear in the game instead of the Styracosaurus. The basic Bull is the only large Dinosaur not to have a dedicated weak spot.

The trade-off for this armor is that the underlying skin is much more vulnerable to damage. Its body is coated in thick bone plates that protect it from threats, including gunfire. The bone mutation of the Bull, simply nicknamed the "Armored Bull", is a much more heavily armored variant of the S tyracosaurus. On average, the Bull stands at 4.5 meters tall, measures 9 meters long, and weighs 10,600 kilograms. Despite its bulk and size, the Bull is capable of running at high speeds when charging, though they're not so good at slowing down. The legs of the Bull are thick and trunk-like, similar to those of a rhinoceros or elephant, the feet possess four thick toes that terminate in blunt claws. The bull's flank is covered in osteoderms and along the back sit various colorful quills and strange brown dorsal protrusions. Under the neck sits a thick dewlap that runs down to the chest. A plethora of horns decorate its face and large frill with 8 main horns around the frill and its signature nasal horn jutting off the nose just above its razor sharp jagged beak. The head of the Bull is much darker than the rest of its body and coated in a hardy keratinous armour that is neigh bullet proof.
